I have over 20 years in the voluntary sector as a Chair, Senior Leader, Trustee and Chair. I get the most satisfaction supporting organisations and individuals to recognise and reach their potential through achievable strategies, innovation and by making the most of their capabilities and skills.
My skillset includes overseeing successful mergers, strategy development and the transformation of teams and organisations and blending traditional fundraising with social enterprise income to create sustainability.
My experience included policy and strategy development, using my VCS experience to bring national and local stakeholders together to bridge the gap between policy and experience. This included introducing co-design processes with local charities, NHS and local authorities into policy development within health and social care.

Key projects:

Funding resource pack, Crisis PRS

Delivered a funding resource pack for homelessness charities that combined fundraising,  ideas for social enterprise development and influencing policy and strategy for long term sustainability.

Interim voluntary sector development manager, Kensington and Chelsea social council

Supported local charities with funding bids, good governance and financial wellbeing.

Post-merger culture and workforce, national organisation

Leading on the post-merger transformation of teams, working with managers and staff to develop a new, inclusive culture focused on effective delivery.
