Eastside People offers board search and recruitment services for charities and social enterprises. We have helped many boards to diversify both in terms of skills and background and believe that people from different backgrounds bring perspectives and skills that create fresh ideas and improve outcomes.

We use open recruitment processes to ensure that our approach is fully inclusive and reaches a diverse range of potential candidates.  Our approach includes a mix of advertising and a targeted search campaign, allowing us to reach both active and passive candidate pools. We are experienced in engaging people who may not have considered the role of trustee before, and work hard to remove the barriers that prevent people from applying to join trustee boards.
