I am an experienced Third Sector Executive and Board Recruitment Consultant and genuinely love finding great people, for great roles, for great causes.

I have a solid understanding of the Third Sector, having worked in various partnership and strategic roles before becoming a recruitment consultant. My sector experience allows me to understand your organisation, your key strategic challenges, the context around your vacancies, and what blend of skills, experiences and attributes are required to successfully fill them. I successfully recruited two high-level Board roles, six senior associates, and eight mid-to-senior level roles with a strong focus on increasing diversity.

Board review and trustee recruitment, high-profile hospital and mental health charity

I reviewed the charity’s board structure including size, composition, roles and diversity; developed sustainable, staggered board recruitment strategy; and successfully recruited trustees across a variety of desired professional skill sets whilst significantly increasing board diversity.

Trustee recruitment – lived experience, UK-wide medical research charity

I took a creative approach to board recruitment enabling me to reach candidates with lived experience as well as desirable skills and a huge passion for the cause. I carefully researched alternative social media platforms and other patient groups, and carried out an intensive and careful search, successfully filling the vacant position with two brilliant trustees.
