In addition, we are committed to working to achieve a more equitable, diverse and inclusive workforce across the not-for-profit sector that is representative of the communities we all serve by ensuring Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is embedded in our policies, practices, our individual behaviours, and that we encourage and support our clients in the same endeavour.

At Eastside People, we value every person as an individual, celebrate diversity and believe that embracing differences and enabling our colleagues to feel comfortable being themselves creates an environment in which everyone can thrive.

 

Our Consultants and Interims

We believe in working with high-performing consultants and interims who bring diversity of thought and breadth of skills, and are diverse in terms of background and experience. We monitor diversity to make sure that belief is becoming a reality.

 

Our Candidates

We know that diversity brings significant benefits to organisations and see every recruitment project as an opportunity to develop and appoint future leaders who reflect the communities they serve.

We are currently partnering with Action for Trustee Racial Diversity in a combined effort to level the playing field by offering a bespoke programme of pro bono support to aspiring black and Asian trustees designed to help them on their board journey.
