I work in the third sector because I feel passionate about using my skills and expertise to help organisations in the third sector do what they do better.
I am a strategic and business-minded senior charity professional with 18 years of experience in the third sector in leadership, strategy, income generation and capacity building. Following my MBA, my career started in a for-profit consultancy focused on innovation in the third sector. For the past 15 years, I have pursued a dual career in management consultancy and senior management roles for charities and social enterprises including senior strategy roles at Parkinson’s UK and Sue Ryder and CEO of the youth charity, UpRising.
I first joined EP as a consultant in 2010 and then joined the central team part-time in 2017 in business development.
I have an MBA in strategy, finance and not-for-profit management from Yale University and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
I have no spare time currently with two young children, aged 2 & 5, but I previously enjoyed travelling, spending time at the gym, volunteering and outdoor activities.
