I really enjoy my role at Eastside People as I’m passionate about facilitating the continued professional development of our consultants through project opportunities and knowledge sharing. It is hugely rewarding to see the positive impact that our consultants are able to have with organisations who are making a real difference to their beneficiaries.
As Membership & Resourcing Manager I am responsible for selecting highly experienced individuals who have a good skills and values fit with us to join our consultant panel. I work with our Associate Directors and consultants to resource projects, ensuring our clients have the best consultant team to achieve their deliverables.
Since gaining a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, I have worked with a wide range of organisations to provide client focused HR advice in both HR management and employee relations roles. Prior to joining Eastside People I helped set up Peerpoint, Allen & Overy’s legal consultancy business, with a focus on the management and development of the legal consultant panel. Having been in my role here at Eastside People for over four years I can safely say there are many similarities to my current role despite the very different sectors.
I have three children and enjoy spending family time with them, which (at the moment) means a lot of time spent on the side of a football pitch! I also enjoy playing tennis at my local club and have recently started art classes.
