I bring an impressive three-decade career spanning Human Resources, change management and operations with experience across International Development, education and blue-chip professional services.

I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and Fellow of the RSA. I am driven by a core belief in nurturing organisational and individual growth to sustain long-term success. My professional credentials are complemented by my civic engagement including being an elected Town Councillor; Trustee and Chair of the HR Committee for SOS Children's Villages UK; and previous board experience with a housing association.

I provided a detailed, impartial report that provided critical insights into workplace culture and the specific allegation which enabled the organisation to take appropriate action.

Workforce reduction programme for an international development charity

Led a strategic workforce reduction programme for an international development, not for profit that achieved a 25% headcount decrease whilst maintaining operational efficiency. This initiative, whilst unpopular, balanced significant cost optimisation with a compassionate approach.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion audit for an international development charity

Led a comprehensive EDI audit for an international development, not for profit that resulted in an organisational statement and targeted initiatives. Achieved cultural impact with 95% of employees reporting a strong understand of EDI principles and commitment to an inclusive workplace.
