Pam Hardisty Eastside People Member

Pam Hardisty

I bring over 30 years’ experience as a service designer, change consultant, and facilitator, working with communities and organisations. I have knowledge and experience of how to transform communities, businesses, and organisations using innovative ways to facilitate organisational change, build leadership and create learning and support. I am recognized for my ability to help people and organisations move forward, drawing on the strengths and involvement of all stakeholders. I have a range of skills experience to offer including leading a national charity, acting as a critical friend to public sector institutions as a government Local Improvement Advisor and acting as a consultant to small and large organisations. More recently I have led work with cohorts of charities providing developmental diagnostics and providing ongoing support to help them build resilience.

Key Projects:

Board and governance training

Support for Trustees with a range of charities including most recently a sexual assault and rape support charity helping them to be more strategic, supporting their training and understanding of roles and responsibilities

Supporting charities through critical changes

Working with a mental health charity in crisis, supporting staff teams, helping trustees and senior leaders make informed decisions through providing an analysis of present circumstances and providing recommendations for the future

Development Partner and Mentor supporting

Supporting each refugee charity to diagnose and access support and help to grow and be more resilient. Mentoring the CEOs and providing support around leadership, strategic planning and board development
