I deliver strategic and governance consultancy to charities across the UK, working with CEO and senior management teams – often delivering face to face mentoring, and working with boards. I am an independent investigator dealing both with staff grievances, complaints and whistleblowing, and board issues. I also have a portfolio of non-executive/trustee roles in the voluntary sector - housing, health care, women’s issues, and disability arts.
