My mission is to enable purpose driven organisations to succeed. My work is centred around executive coaching and I undertake consultancy and leadership development services, using a coaching approach. In all my experience, time and again, I have proven that a coaching approach delivers better and more sustainable outcomes. I’ve worked for purpose-driven organisations my whole working life and I know just how hard it can be to stay motivated when it feels like everything is against you and your mission.
My unique background in data and performance management, sustainability, risk and project management, and executive coaching enables me to cut through the noise and help you define tangible, actionable steps to improve and achieve your outcomes. One of my key strengths is my ability to quickly get to the root of the issue and identify sustainable outcomes. I am used to working in complex and challenging contexts and am able to quickly cultivate effective relationships, generate insights and clarity to provide assurance to my clients.

Key Projects:
IT Solutions project management, a charitable membership organisation
Recovered a significant IT systems project from substantial slippage, got the project back on track and facilitated execution. Provided leadership coaching support to members of SMT (including facilitating conversations between members), providing consultancy support to the CEO regarding appropriate IT capability and structure and SMT ways of working to improve assurance.
Redesign of an unsustainable service, a welfare to work organisation
Led the wholesale redesign of a pan-London publicly funded service which included renegotiation of commercial agreements with third sector providers and enabling an existing team to actively participate in the design and execution of the new model, which included changes to their roles and responsibilities.
Strategic support for CIC Founders, support services for male survivors of sexual abuse
Worked with both Founders to address significant stress and overwhelm, coaching them through a process of improved ways of working and organisation without compromising on the unique value they deliver and bespoke ways of working. Developed clear Mission, Vision and Values and aligned roles and responsibilities to minimise disruptive ways of working. Supported them to prioritise effectively and relinquish ownership over outcomes not in their direct control, to focus on the impact they can substantially make.
