I'm a creative business leader with over 25 years experience of working for non-profit cultural organisations, especially in the performing arts. My core skills include business and strategic planning, fundraising and income development, HR, financial management and reporting, and developing creative skills programmes / audience outreach and engagement. I have a strong background in developing EDI programmes to engage lesser reached communities and enjoy supporting community organisations to grow and develop organisational resilience.

I drafted a new fundraising strategy to build income primarily from T&Fs. This included research, drafting core case for support, and developing a clear outline plan for applications

Evaluation of an artists support programme, a large national agency.

I led the review of a programme that showcased artistic work, examining the impact on artists involved and venues taking part, leading to recommendations for future delivery.

Staffing review and recruitment, a small arts charity.

Involved reviewing the SMT structure and supporting company to develop a structure that better suited needs. Led on drafting JDs and recruitment for roles.
