With nearly two decades of experience across the public and third sectors, I have led high-impact initiatives in roles such as Project Manager, Programme Manager, Area Manager and Volunteer Coordinator. My expertise spans critical social issues, including homelessness, anti-poverty, modern slavery, exploitation and trafficking.

I specialise in end-to-end Volunteer Coordination—from strategy and governance to recruitment and retention—having delivered results both in-house for a national charity and as a consultant with Eastside People for various organisations.

I am passionate about social justice, I have sat on two working groups for equity, diversity and inclusion, including holding the role of Co-Chair. I have also been a Trustee for an LGBTQI+ charity.

I conducted research about the current processes and procedures, analysed data including information related to modern slavery offences that were taking place in this local authority area, built a framework for all elements of modern slavery and completed a recommendation report.
