Governance at Scale: How federated charities can strengthen their support for trustees and boards

Join us to hear the findings of Eastside People’s new research into how federated charities support governance across their networks, and the barriers and opportunities they identify in strengthening support for trustees and boards.

Alongside a presentation of the research findings, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss their own experiences, challenges and approaches in small facilitated groups with peers from other federated charities.

This event is open to people working and volunteering within federated charities, and will be most of interest to those in governance and governance support roles.

The session will provide a chance to reflect on the findings, share ideas, and explore practical ways to strengthen governance support across federated networks.
