Interim Placements

If you’re an experienced senior leader in the not-for-profit sector and you are interested in filling either part-time or full-time interim roles in our client organisations, then we would like to hear from you.

We take great care to select the right people for our client’s needs as they arise, so if you have the right experience and background, we would then keep your details on record until a suitable opportunity arose. Once placed, throughout your tenure, you will receive support from Bernice, our Deputy CEO, and access to the full skillset of the wider team.

Consultant Roles

With a diverse pool of over a hundred experienced professionals, we are well-prepared to deliver a wide array of charity consultancy services to our clients. Our projects encompass a broad spectrum, from supporting a large charity in developing a new five-year strategy to exploring income diversification options for a small volunteer-led charity. Each project is therefore tailored to meet the specific needs of our client, with specific deliverables, specialist teams, with varied timeframes.

Rather than expanding our pool of consultants, we focus on maintaining a balanced mix of diversity, skills, and experience. This enables us to consistently assemble the best team for each client project. We are particularly interested in meeting individuals from under-represented communities and those served by our client organizations.
