I started my career in advertising and marketing, working on the development and implementation of strategic change programmes, and brand communications strategy for a range of national and international businesses. In 2006, I shifted to the charity sector, where first I was Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Tomorrow’s People, then Director of Fundraising and Marketing at Norwood. I have been working as a consultant to the sector since 2018, providing development strategy and transition planning, stakeholder engagement, funding and business coaching.
I am an experienced leader and relationship manager, with a strong track record of working with the corporate sector. I am skilled at supporting senior teams through transition and change and articulating and communicating strategy and vision.
