With significant experience in formulating and delivering transformation, I am passionate about turning strategic objectives into tangible change that improve outcomes. I've delivered a wide range of transformation programmes including organisation and service redesign, policy change and digital transformation. Many years of working in local government gave me an insight into the dynamism and diversity of the not for profit sector, and a few years ago I made the move away from local government to experience working in the sector first hand. I bring my diverse skillset to shape and deliver transformation that makes a real difference for Eastside People's clients and their beneficiaries.

Digital transformation programme delivery, medium size charity delivering education, membership and consultancy services

Delivered a three year programme implementing new IT applications to streamline and improve ways of working and customer experience. Implementations included CRM (D365), HR/ Payroll, Finance, Learning and online assessment platforms.

Large scale organisational change, local authority

Developed and delivered target operating model to shape the authority’s enabling functions- strategy, data/ research, commissioning and programme management. This introduced new collaborative ways of working and made significant financial savings through a restructuring exercise.

Fair charging for social care services, local authority

Developed and implemented a new policy to ensure fair charging. This included significant community engagement and working with local politicians to ensure that the impact of charges for services was minimised and mitigated for the most financially vulnerable, developing and implementing systems and processes for financial assessment and management.
