I scoped the technical and design requirements for a comprehensive website refresh and project managed the successful implementation which included modifying URL structure to follow best practices for technical SEO, improved site’s navigation and page loading times, cleansing WordPress backend and carrying out content audit and redirect setup.

Strategic Review, Resilience Brokers

I worked closely with the CEO and CSO on a business model review, aimed at diversifying sources of income to help reduce the organisation’s dependency on institutional grants and private investment. I delivered a market trends’ exploration and analysis; size and growth outlook assessment; segmentation and profiling; and development of core value propositions and repositioning strategy.
