I am an experienced consultant and facilitator with a background in the voluntary and public sectors. Before going freelance, I was Deputy CEO of a large international charity, where I led work on strategy, governance and organisational change. I now support organisations with governance reviews, culture change, and leadership development. My work often involves helping boards and teams reflect on how they work together and how they can lead more effectively and inclusively. I’ve supported leaders at all levels and enjoy creating space for honest, purposeful conversations. I’m particularly interested in working with organisations that are navigating change in a thoughtful, values-led way.

Led a full governance review, including desk research, survey, interviews, workshop, and a final report with clear, pragmatic recommendations for board and executive teams.

Waitrose Foundation Culture Change Programme, charity arm of major retailer, working with the global supply chains

Led a culture change process across the foundation and the global supply chain partners, focused on safeguarding and building a more open, safe, and supportive working culture.

YMCA Trinity Group Theory of Change Development, regional youth charity undergoing strategic transformation

Led strategy workshops and developed a new Theory of Change to clarify purpose, align leadership, and guide programme design, fundraising and impact across the organisation.
