I work with organisational leaders to find clarity of identity, value produced for customers and what it takes to evolve the culture to keep it all connected. I am especially interested to help organisations find the cohesion between the board's intentions and the reality of front line delivery. I help with one off strategy projects as well as ongoing mentoring of key individuals. Following an Exec career in a diverse range of organisations, from a multinational corporate to a mid-sized charity, I now work as a Non Exec with two not-for-profit organisations in the care sector.
