I work with a range of organisation types and sizes across the social sector, with both national and local coverage, to support HR, people, governance and transformation and review projects. I am experienced in delivering change in complex environments at both strategic and operational levels, and highly flexible in my approach with leadership and HR teams, offering both one off projects and interim management support.
Areas of work include; organisational design, job design/evaluation, executive and non-executive recruitment, management development/coaching, meeting facilitation, HR and governance reviews.
I’m FCIPD qualified, a coach and accredited Belbin practitioner. I recently served as a trustee for Citizens Advice Westminster and studying charity law and governance

I provided interim HR leadership for 10 months, with a strong focus on leading on return to work plans during lockdown and developing wellbeing support.

I developed a new pay policy with a transparent approach to managing pay in a fair and equitable way, without undue complexity which integrated the organisation’s values.

I provided HR lead for sourcing/liaising with agencies, recruitment and selection process and interview panels for a number of executive and senior management roles, also non executive board roles for commercial board.
