I am a positive and enthusiastic person who believes there is always a solution. I aim to balance technical expertise with personal empathy. I am comfortable working alongside senior executives and NED's and I pay close attention to the importance of good communication. I am also confident facilitating large groups of people and can get my point across in 1:1's. This confidence is based upon forty years of working in the housing and not for profit sector, having been privileged to work on many high level, challenging and rewarding projects such as; large and small mergers, integration projects and change management projects.
