I have the ability and imagination to see beyond the current challenge or success and as a skilled coach and facilitator I have the techniques necessary to take people with me, through the uncertainty, creating a positive culture of support and challenge. I designed an organisational development review of how workload was impacting staff health and performance, linked to organisational risk. I devised recommendations grounded in values and strategy enabling leaders to act.
Strategic workforce planning, Small faith, arts and justice charity
I worked with staff to embed values into workplace culture and designed frameworks that enabled effective leadership, recruitment, talent management and succession planning to ensure the sustainability of the organisation.
Building a new hybrid department, International development charity
I designed ways of working, processes and systems. I established a Senior Management Team, created a new strategic framework, budget and a performance dashboard to drive collaboration and accountability.
