Len Casley

For over 30 years I was a corporate and investment banker with JPMorgan and Citibank where I covered plenty of businesses, geographies and industries and nationalities. My specialism was credit and corporate finance generally for multi-nationals operating and trading internationally. This gave me extensive credit, governance and general business experience which is and always will be my foundation for understanding and helping business.

For the last twelve years I have devoted my time, energy and knowledge to working within the third sector, as trustee, treasurer, adviser, employer and employee. I have specialist credit union knowledge having run a successful credit union and managed a voluntary merger to create the largest credit union in Wales. I have worked as Business Manager for a charity and am a trustee and treasurer for two local mid sized charities. I have also worked as an Assistant Director at Fair4All Finance where I structured and provided finance for a commercial price comparison website for the most economically challenged credit applicants. I also authored the credit union merger guide at Fair4All and was the principal credit union adviser for many credit unions seeking merger assistance and guidance.
