I've worked in senior roles in the UK charity sector for 35 years. I specialise in building strategic partnerships, for example building VCSE alliances and facilitating VCSE leadership and governance structures as part of integrated care systems. I also support the building of commissioning solutions, working with public sector bodies, or VCSE partnerships, or both, and I have expertise in supporting local VCSE infrastructure.
I enjoy bringing together groups or teams to solve problems and create positive change, and I very much enjoy working as part of a consultancy team, bringing a diversity of skills and perspectives to a project.

Enhancing the role of voluntary organisations in probation, prison and youth custody services, Ministry of Justice, HM Prison and Probation Service
Research into the role of minority ethnic voluntary organisations in probation and prison services. Widespread engagement with voluntary and public sector stakeholders to identify barriers and enablers and define recommendations for system change.
Collaborative policy making, NAVCA
Facilitated codesign, with NAVCA members, of national policy on three topics related to health and care. Wide engagement with NAVCA members and building influence with NHS England stakeholders.
