Marija Antanaviciute Eastside People member

Dr. Marija Antanaviciute

I am a research consultant, with 10 years' experience of conducting research and managing research projects in the third sector. Working with both qualitative and quantitative research methods, I have a passion for data-driven insights to support change and innovation in the sector. At EP, I have supported multiple merger and strategic partner search projects. In addition, I have conducted research and analysis to support business change, impact measurement and programme evaluation projects. In addition to my work at EP, I am an academic at University of Birmingham, conducting research on responsible organisations and ethical decision making.

Key Projects:

Strategic Partner Search for a large young people’s charity

Based on a brief and criteria provided by a client, I conducted a search and identified a range of potential strategic partners that would be suitable for a potential merger.

Affordable Housing Supply Programme impact assessment project

I developed a mixed-method social value evaluation framework to assess the social value created by Affordable Housing Supply Programme delivered by the Scottish Government.

Impact of pandemic to vulnerable women and girls, umbrella body of organisations working with this group.

I designed s research framework, collected and analysed data to assess the impact of the pandemic to women and girls at risk. The research informed a sector-wide campaign for social recovery of the most marginalized women and girls, led an alliance for women and girls at risk.
