I am a freelance consultant with over 30 years' experience in the social enterprise and charitable sectors. I have been an associate for EP since 2016 and have worked on a wide range of consultancy projects alone and as part of a team. My work has included strategic planning, identifying income generation sources and, in particular, measuring social impact. I designed a number of impact tools and am experienced in using many industry standard approaches to measuring impact as well as designing bespoke methods. I also have many years’ experience of supporting organisations convert from grant dependency to trading and managing blended income streams. I am an associate lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University and have worked in Social Finance.
