I am a social sustainability leader with more than twenty years’ experience in People & Culture, organisational transformation and social mobility. I have worked across the charity, corporate and investment sectors, helping organisations strengthen their leadership, culture and impact. My work combines practical programme delivery with clear strategy, data insight and an understanding of how people and systems shape outcomes.

I focus on supporting organisations to clarify their purpose, improve how they work, and create positive change for the communities they serve. With Eastside People, I would like to contribute to projects involving strategy development, operating models, governance, social mobility, and place-based change, helping charities and social organisations build strong, sustainable and people-centred foundations for the future.
