I am a social sustainability leader with more than twenty years’ experience in People & Culture, organisational transformation and social mobility. I have worked across the charity, corporate and investment sectors, helping organisations strengthen their leadership, culture and impact. My work combines practical programme delivery with clear strategy, data insight and an understanding of how people and systems shape outcomes.

I focus on supporting organisations to clarify their purpose, improve how they work, and create positive change for the communities they serve.
