Sarah Willcox

Consultant

As a consultant, I work with clients to bridge the gaps between strategy and implementation so they can deliver real, meaningful benefits. I have worked on strategy development, operational review, and organisational change assignments with a range of charities and not for profit organisations for over 10 years.

My approach is client-centred and inclusive, with a focus on ensuring that a client’s strategy is clear, feasible and well understood so they can be sure they are on the right path to realising their ambitions. In delivery, I use Agile methods to support client teams in so that they plan and deliver the right changes and benefits at the right time. Whether the assignment is large or small, I use problem solving approaches to remove obstacles to progress, such as resistance to change. Sustainability is very important to me, so I make sure that I support teams by managing processes on the client’s behalf whilst they acquire sustainable skills to deliver benefits for the long term.

Key to my approach is my commitment to supporting teams and individuals to create, own and deliver the change they want to see in their organisation. I am also a certified mediator and an intuitive team builder with excellent listening and facilitation skills.

Key Skills/Consultancy Specialisms:

Key Projects:

Strategy review and development, LionHeart, a national professional benevolent fund

Strategy development, Bright Store, a CIC ensuring access to affordable, local, quality food

Supporting the CEO with development of a vision, delivery log and plan to ensure a sustainable future.
