I am a mediator and facilitator with a background in HR and a passion for supporting people to communicate well and understand each other better. This includes work to align teams and organisations around shared vision and values, as well as conflict resolution and restoration of damaged relationships. Recently my work has included mediations and facilitation of dialogue in organisations where people of colour are experiencing discrimination.
