Consultancy Roles

Eastside People consultants are made up of a membership of over one hundred experienced professionals. This means we have a fantastic portfolio of professional skills and experience to support our client  projects across our range of charity consultancy services.

We don’t seek to grow this membership significantly, but rather focus on keeping a balance of diversity, skills and experience in our consultant pool so that we can always build the best team for a client project. In all cases, we are especially keen to meet people from under-represented communities, and from those served by our client organisations.

Interim Placements

If you’re an experienced senior leader in the not-for-profit sector and you are interested in filling either part-time or full-time interim roles in our client organisations, then we would like to hear from you.

Our interims typically take up posts for three to nine months, often at challenging times in the organisation’s journey, so you will need to be able to inspire confidence and be self-reliant.

We take great care to select the right people for our client’s needs as they arise, so if you have the right experience and background, we would then keep your details on record until a suitable opportunity arose. Once placed, throughout your tenure, you will receive support from Bernice, our Deputy CEO, and access to the full skillset of the wider team.

For consultancy or interim management roles – we will review your application form and CV considering:

 

  • Demand for your skill set in our consultancy or interim work
  • Diversity of lived experience and background
  • Depth of experience in or understanding of the not-for-profit sector
  • Alignment with our values
  • Experience of working as a consultant or interim and/or on projects
  • Day rate expectations.
