I am a senior leader with over 25 years’ experience in the voluntary and community sector and local government. I started out as a volunteer and worked my way through frontline roles to become a Chief Executive, leading charities in education, health and social care. My focus has been on supporting children, young people and adults with special educational needs, disability, mental health challenges or experiences of exclusion. Alongside interim leadership and consultancy projects, I am a Trustee of Unlocking Potential, where I chair the fundraising committee and lead on their strategic review. I have recently qualified as a Partnership Broker and would like to focus on working with Eastside People clients to build strong, effective collaborations that deliver meaningful change.

Strategic Consultant, Southover Partnership

Leading a strategic review of a specialist education provider with three London sites, including stakeholder mapping, development of a Theory of Change, and creation of a 5-year organisational strategy and an operation plan to substantiate the strategy.

Strategic Partnership Lead, Local Authorities

I led the development of a strategic partnerships with between Resources for Autism, the Parent Carer Forum, and Barnet Council. This collaboration led to the development of the borough’s first Autism Hub which launched in 2024.

Strategic Consultant, Joint Distribution Committee

Supported a pan-European initiative on behalf of a global funder to upskill social workers in Jewish communities and to inform the funder’s social welfare strategy. The work culminated in the design and facilitation of a large international conference in Rome, attended by social care delegates from 17 countries.
