Full Details of our Small Charity Week Prize Draw Offers:
- Three 1-1 one-hour executive advisory sessions delivered by our experienced strategy expert, Alice Memminger. The sessions will be held virtually over several weeks/months at a time to suit. This offer is suitable for senior managers or leaders who would like advice on strategy related development and/or implementation challenges
- Four 1-1 coaching sessions delivered by our experienced and accredited coach, Lucinda Shaw. The sessions will be held virtually over several weeks/months at a time to suit. This offer is suitable for senior managers or leaders, or those new to a leadership role, who would like to work on challenges or concerns in a confidential and supportive space.
- Support to recruit a trustee: Trustee recuitment including an initial scoping conversation, advice on role design, and a targeted search for one trustee candidate, alongside support to advertise and promote the opportunity. While the process may result in multiple trustee appointments through wider promotion and applicant interest, the proactive search element will focus on identifying candidates for one trustee role only.
