Eastside People Small Charity Week 2026 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
- Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Eastside Consulting Limited (“the Promoter”).
- Eligibility
Entrants’ organisations must meet the following criteria:
- Charities or not-for-profit organisations
- With income under £500,000
- Based in the United Kingdom.
Entries must be submitted on behalf of an organisation by an individual aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per category per organisation is permitted unless otherwise stated.
- Entry
Entry to the prize draw is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

The opening and closing dates of the prize draw will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
- The Prize
The prize consists of professional services from Eastside People with an indicative value of up to £5,000 (excluding VAT).
The scope, timing and delivery of the services will be agreed between the Promoter and the winning organisation but projects must be started within 6 months and completed within 12 months of the date that winners are notified.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be provided.
- Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The draw will be conducted under the supervision of the Promoter using a random selection process.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.
The promoter reserves the right to a right to refuse inappropriate or invalid organisations/projects/entries.
- Winner Notification
The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry within a reasonable period after the closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 10 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

- Prize Fulfilment
The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize with the winning organisation within a reasonable timeframe. The scope, timing and delivery of the services will be agreed between the Promoter and the winning organisation but projects must be started within 6 months and completed within 12 months of the date that winners are notified.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where necessary.
- Publicity
The Promoter will publish the name of the winning organisation and a brief summary of the prize project on their website and via its social media channels. Any additional publicity will be subject to agreement with the winning organisation.
- Data Protection
Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
Where consent is provided, the Promoter may use contact details for marketing purposes. Participants may opt out at any time.
- Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical or other reasons outside its control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or use of the prize.
- General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
