Join our round table discussion on mergers and partnerships in the charity and not-for-profit sector sector. Cara Evans, Head of Partnerships & Mergers at Eastside People and Mel Shad, Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer of Choice Support, will discuss what they have learnt on their merger journey.

Choice Support completed a merger with the social care charity, Three Cs on 1st April 2024. Both organisations were solvent and financially viable and the merger did not include plans for service closures or cuts to front-line staff. The combined organisation has an annual turnover of £80 million, providing support to 2700 people and employing 2500 staff.

This round table, run under Chatham House rules, offers attendees the chance to learn from peers, share experiences and ask questions in a safe and confidential environment.
