Specialist consultants from Eastside People worked with the teams from Kisharon and Langdon (2 charities supporting individuals with learning disabilities & autism) on their merger project. After a rigorous two-year process, the newly formed entity, Kisharon Langdon, aims to offer the best possible opportunities for the Jewish learning disability and autism community to thrive.
The merged organisation will have a combined projected budget of £17m, and Kisharon Langdon estimates that in addition, a further 13.5% of fundraised income will be available for frontline services.
Eastside People’s consultants provided specialist merger and HR support on the project including:
- Cultural & Operational Integration planning
- Governance support
- Merger Implementation planning
- HR support on Executive structures
- Merger Mentoring and Moderation
