The next in our series of round table sessions for leaders of charities and not-for-profit organisations will explore the topic of mergers and partnerships.

The round table will be hosted by Eastside People consultants John Gibbons and Jo Munns who between them have many years’ experience working on merger and partnership projects.

During the round table, John and Jo will be leading discussions on:

  1. Is it worth it? What benefits can be gained even if a potential merger falls through, or have we wasted our time?
  2. The people element: How can the personalities and styles of individuals involved affect the potential success and outcomes of a merger?

The round table will be run under Chatham House Rules giving  attendees the opportunity to learn from peers, share experiences and ask questions in a safe and confidential environment.

To secure your place for the round table, please register your interest via the button below as soon as possible and we will advise if we have been able to allocate a place for you.
