Free Webinar: Homewards – Connecting Capital to Community: The role of repayable finance in ending homelessness

Homewards, launched by The Royal Foundation and Prince William, aims to make homelessness rare, brief and unrepeated. This five year, locally led, programme is working across six locations across the UK to support them to do just that.

As part of this work, Homewards is supporting the locations to secure new sources of funding and investment to deliver more homes and the support required to end homelessness. Early this year, Homewards announced a partnership with Lloyds Banking Group, to support the six locations and Liverpool with an initial £50 million of new lending to deliver more homes to tackle homelessness.

The partnership recognises that some organisations are at different places along the journey in considering or accessing repayable finance. Some may not yet be ready for this type of investment and would welcome a better understanding of repayable finance as part of their funding mix for growth.

As part of Lloyds’ commitment to Homewards, they are supporting this webinar with the aim of helping social and supported housing providers to understand what investment options are out there, and how they might get ready to take on that finance.

We are committed to helping charitable organisations of all sizes understand and access the most appropriate funding options and are therefore delighted to be hosting this webinar on behalf of Lloyds and Homewards.
