AI-Proofing your Not-for-Profit Organisation

This interactive workshop will introduce the opportunities and risks associated with the current revolution in Artificial Intelligence, exploring the implications for your not-for-profit organisation.

Completion of the workshop will leave you and your team with a list of practical and simple next-steps to start on your AI journey.

Workshop Aims:

  • Understand the opportunities and risks associated with Artificial Intelligence
  • Explore the specific implications for your organisation and how it could impact your strategy, workforce, service design, business processes, plans and community
  • Prioritise some simple next steps to testing the use of AI in your organisation.

Logistics:

  • The workshop will be managed by a senior consultant from Eastside People with the main content delivered by Tim Cook of AIConfident
  • Workshops can be run as 2.5 hour face-to-face sessions or online if face-to-face is not possible.
