If you’re a CEO or leader of a charity or not-for-profit organisation, please join us, Paul Townsley, CEO of newly merged charity Waythough, and our partner Anthony Collins Solicitors for a roundtable (under Chatham House rules) discussion around charity mergers and acquisitions.

Humankind has recently merged with Richmond Fellowship to form a new national charity, Waythough to better support those with multiple/complex needs, including mental health, alcohol, drugs, domestic abuse and other related areas.

The event will be chaired by Cara Evans, our head of partnerships and mergers.

Timings and Agenda:

  • 10:00 am – Brunch served
  • 10:30 am – Welcome and introduction from Laura Jordan, partner
  • 10:40 am – Merger story discussion: Paul Townsley, Chief Executive, Humankind
  • 11:00 am – Q&A chaired by Cara Evans
  • 12:00 pm – Close

Location:

Anthony Collins Solicitors, 134 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2ES

Make sure there is a compatible fit between the 2 organisations in terms of how people see the potential and the opportunity. If you feel that that isn’t there then you need to fairly quickly walk away.

Paul Townsley, CEO, Humankind
