I help charity and public sector leaders deal with the challenges of a complex and fast paced environment where constant change and personal resilience are essential, and where systemic thinking and relational approaches are critical.
I specialise in coaching, leadership development and helping organisations create positive cultures.
I have held senior roles in the public and charity sectors including Director of Training for Probation (SE Region) and Head of Organisational Development for a county council.
I have an MSc in Policy Studies, Diploma in Human Resource Management and Certificate in Organisational Development. I am an executive coach (ILM 7) and career coach, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and member of the Association for Coaching.

Helping them lead, re-invigorate and support the wider team in adopting new ways of working post pandemic creating an inclusive and collaborative approach to shaping and delivering a new vision for the department.
Leadership development programmes to address the gender, seniority and pay gap, two large public sector organisations
